A service professional will visit your home after normal business hours or holidays and diagnose the problem with your heating or cooling. We can service or repair any brand of furnace, AC or accessory.

HVAC Maintenance.....................................$119+

A furnace or A/C tune-up keeps your heating or cooling system in good working order. It involves the technician completing a thorough checklist, inspecting important components. This outlines and verifies manufacturer and industry standards to ensure the unit is running properly and safely. These checklists can be used annually to monitor efficiency and patterns if issues ever arise. When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.

Gas Fireplace Maintenance.....................................$225+

A Gas Fireplace Maintenance and Safety Check keeps your insert or log set in good working order. It involves the technician completing a thorough checklist involving a burner inspection, gas leak check, vent inspection, electronic testing and a thorough vacuum and cleaning. In addition, the technician will thoroughly clean and polish the glass and add embers for the perfect ambiance. When completed, you will receive a full report and any recommendations from the technician.
